Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how DRAGXARENA S.R.L. ("we," "us," "our," or the "Developer") handles information in connection with WealthWave Idle Tycoon (the "Game" or the "App") and this accompanying website (together, the "Services"). We built the Game to run almost entirely on your device, and this policy is written to reflect that plainly: what little data does leave your device, why, and who it goes to.

By downloading, installing or using the App, or by browsing this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.

2. Information Collected

The Developer does not directly collect, request, or store any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) through the App. You are not required to create an account or provide personal details to play.

Data that does exist in connection with the App falls into two categories:

Locally stored game data

Your progress — balances, owned businesses, upgrade levels, prestige and Ascension status, and settings — is saved locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers, as the App does not currently operate a backend account system.

Data processed by third-party services

Certain limited technical data (such as an advertising identifier or in-app purchase transaction details) is processed by third-party providers we rely on for advertising and payments, as described in Sections 3–5 and 9 below. This data is handled by those providers under their own privacy policies, not collected by us directly.

3. Advertising

The App may display advertisements to support free-to-play access. Ads are served through Google AdMob and may include banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads that players can choose to watch in exchange for in-game bonuses.

Advertising partners may use device and usage information to select and measure the performance of ads shown to you. We do not control the specific ads displayed by our advertising partners and are not responsible for their content.

4. Advertising ID

The App may access your device's Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID), a resettable, non-permanent identifier provided by Android for advertising purposes. This identifier does not directly reveal your name, address, or other personal information, and it can be reset or opted out of at any time from your device's settings under Settings > Google > Ads.

5. Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC, to serve advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect and process data such as device identifiers, IP address (approximate location), device type, and interaction with ads, in accordance with Google's own privacy and advertising policies.

6. Cookies

The WealthWave Idle Tycoon Android app itself does not use browser cookies, since it is not a website. This website may use minimal, strictly functional cookies to remember basic preferences. No advertising cookies are set by this website directly; any cookies related to advertising are set by Google AdMob when applicable.

7. Local Storage

The App uses your device's local storage to save your game progress, including currency balances, owned businesses, upgrade levels, prestige tier, Legacy Vault bonuses, and settings. This information stays on your device and is used solely to let you resume your game where you left off. Uninstalling the App will remove this locally stored data unless your device's backup system preserves it separately.

8. Analytics

If analytics tools are used in the future to understand aggregate, anonymized usage patterns (such as session length or feature engagement) and improve the Game, this section will be updated to name the specific provider(s) used and the data categories involved. Any such analytics data would be used in aggregate form and would not be used to personally identify you.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on the following categories of third-party providers:

  • Google AdMob — in-app advertising.
  • Google Play Billing — processing of any in-app purchases, if offered. Payment details are handled entirely by Google and are never seen or stored by us.
  • Google Play Services — general platform services required for the App to run on Android, including the Advertising ID.

Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

10. Children's Privacy

WealthWave Idle Tycoon is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 14 so that we can address it appropriately.

11. Data Security

Because the App stores gameplay data locally rather than on our own servers, the primary security safeguard is your device's own operating system protections. For the limited data processed by our third-party partners (Sections 5 and 9), those providers maintain their own industry-standard security measures. No method of electronic storage or transmission is ever completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar data protection laws, you may have the right to:

  • Access the data held about you by our third-party advertising or payment providers.
  • Request correction or deletion of such data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, including ad personalization.
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent to advertising-related data processing at any time via your device's ad settings.

Because we do not hold personal data on our own servers, requests concerning advertising-identifier data are generally best directed to Google directly through your device's privacy settings. You may also contact us using the details in Section 14 and we will assist where we are able to.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our practices, or legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
