1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WealthWave Idle Tycoon (the "Game" or the "App") and this website (together, the "Services"), provided by DRAGXARENA S.R.L. ("we," "us," "our," or the "Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by browsing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible Android device for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you ownership of the App or any of its content.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App, except where permitted by law.
  • Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App or access to it.
  • Use any automated system, bot, or exploit to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate game data.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Services.

3. Gameplay

WealthWave Idle Tycoon is an idle business simulation game involving tap-based earning, passive income mechanics, investments, business and real estate acquisition, prestige, a Legacy Vault system, and Ascension tiers. Game mechanics, balancing, progression curves, and available content may be updated, adjusted, expanded, or removed at our discretion at any time, including through App updates.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay. Progress may occasionally be affected by bugs, updates, or device-related issues; while we aim to prevent and correct these promptly, we are not liable for resulting loss of in-game progress except as required by applicable law.

4. Virtual Currency

The App may feature in-game currency, resources, or other virtual items ("Virtual Currency") earned through gameplay or, where offered, purchased with real money via Google Play Billing. Virtual Currency:

  • Has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item of value.
  • Is licensed to you for use within the App only and is non-transferable between accounts or devices, except as facilitated by standard Android backup mechanisms.
  • May be adjusted, rebalanced, or reset in connection with game updates, at our discretion, though we will aim to avoid actions that unfairly diminish legitimately earned or purchased Virtual Currency.
  • Is non-refundable except where required by Google Play's refund policies or applicable law.

5. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements served through Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded video ads, to support free access to the Game. By using the App, you agree to the display of such advertisements. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising partners process data.

6. Premium Features

The App may offer optional in-app purchases, such as an ad-removal option, progress boosters, or bundles of Virtual Currency, processed securely through Google Play Billing. All purchases are subject to Google Play's own payment terms and refund policies. We do not directly collect or store your payment information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App and this website — including but not limited to the name "WealthWave Idle Tycoon," logos, artwork, user interface design, game mechanics as expressed in the App, text, and code — is the property of DRAGXARENA S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you beyond the limited license described in Section 2.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DRAGXARENA S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law (for example, statutory consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms the Game, other players, or our systems. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 7, and 8) will continue to apply.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services or legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence if you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
